RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. ALL SALES FINAL – FOOD ITEMS

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any food items.
  • This includes opened or unopened products.

2. Non-Food Items

For non-food merchandise (e.g., home goods):

  • Returns may be considered only if unused and in original packaging
  • Requests must be made within [5] days of delivery
  • Approval is at our sole discretion

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and order details
  • We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion
